As an essential part of our mobile team, you'll be at the forefront of implementing and optimizing the backend for our mobile applications. Your role won't just be limited to coding; you'll actively engage in pair coding sessions with other developers, sharing knowledge and ensuring best practices.

Job Description
backend engineer to join our agile team and improve one of the country's leading news apps
- you develop and maintain software applications using Java or Kotlin, Spring Framework and Mongo DB
- you write efficient, well-tested code and uphold code review standards
- you implement multithreading techniques to improve application performance
- you participate in code reviews, offering insightful feedback to team members
- you work closely with product teams to turn business need into technical requirements
- you troubleshoot and debug issues, ensuring timely resolution
- you leverage Kafka for efficient data streaming and integration
Qualifications
passionate developer, with a minimum of two years experience with Java and Kotlin
- you have proven experience in optimizing application performance through multithreading techniques
- you have in-depth knowledge of the Spring Framework and its various modules
- you have basic proficiency in Mongo DB and its query language
- you are capable of interpreting and working under product business requirements
- you are familiar with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
- you have experience with Git Hub Actions, Helm releases, and Flux for CI/CD
- exposure to monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and Splunk is beneficial
