Your mission

• Develop new digital business models and services in close collaboration with our clients.
• Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer requirements to develop innovative business ideas.
• Support the digital transformation of companies by designing and optimizing processes and structures.
• Visualize and present business concepts to stakeholders.
• Work closely with interdisciplinary teams from strategy, design, and technology to develop and implement comprehensive solutions.
• Facilitate workshops and develop prototypes for idea generation and solution visualization.

Your profile

• Completed degree in Business Administration, Design, Innovation Management, or a comparable qualification.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in developing business models, ideally in a digital consulting environment or agency.
• Understanding of business strategy, design thinking, and digital technologies.
• Strong analytical skills combined with a creative and solution-oriented approach.
• Experience in leading projects and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.
• Strong communication skills and confidence in presentations with clients and executives.
• Business Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
