DHL Express is looking for a C&B Specialist: Systems, Data Analyst, Data Management (m/f/d). As part of the EU HR team, you will be responsible for day-to-day running and maintenance of C&B related information systems and platforms (Compconnect, HRGT, my TW). You will become the regional main key user and have a fundamental understanding of the relationship and interface of each system, together with other HR systems (e HR, payroll), utilise systems and digital platforms and solutions including powerbi to support the delivery of the regional C&B priorities and agenda.You will need to understand and work within processes, methods and tools including metrics, standards and policies C&B benchmarking support with appropriate solutions for presentation and interpretation of data, check data quality, analysis, C&B information and reporting with follow up as necessary to the relevant stakeholders, while supporting with ad hoc requests as necessary.
This position will be based in Bonn, Germany.

How will you contribute to the success of DHL?

• Systems, platforms, tools - day to day ownership and responsibility for C&B related systems, deployment of Comp Connect and respective functionalities, coaching and training key stakeholders across the region at all levels, prepare materials and communications to support implementation and key user experience.
• Data management and administration – ensure data accuracy across all systems and platforms, co-ordinate with the country team members to identify areas of opportunity for improvement and accuracy, query resolution, regional key user for all C&B related systems providing support and training to regional and country teams as and when necessary.
• Reporting and Analytics – leverage information systems to develop and deliver when required data models, forecasts, reports and analytics taking into account the best solution and dashboards for the audience and customer experience.
• Rewards Policies – Ensures compliance to the approved policies and provides communication material to the organization.
• Process improvement/digitalization – develop and recommend transformation solutions to automate manual process for improvement and reduction in manual admin tasks, improve overall efficiency and customer / C&B / HR user experience.
• Compensation Management – support the annual salary review, STI and Bonus, LTI plans, individual adjustments
  (starters, leavers, special situations). Support and develop across the generic compensation and benefits agenda and responsibilities.
• Benchmarking – support activities to ensure market visibility and positioning of DHL Express Europe remuneration packages according to reward philosophy. Evaluates market and provides trends and recommendations. Utilise 3rd party vendor platforms and link external data to internal data for analysis purposes and presentation.
• General C&B activities - support team members with C&B topics as and when required.
