Job Location:
You can work remotely from Germany, Austria, UK or Romania combined with a willingness to travel (around 10%)

About the Job Role:
We are looking for a talented, goal oriented, motivated and proactive team player with excellent technical, problem-solving and communication skills to join our Cloud Platform and Products team. You will working with leading industry cloud solutions and teams in Banking, Insurance and other financial services solutions.
You should be self-driven, have an appetite and ability to learn and upskill quickly. You will be the security service owner in the Cloud Platform and Products team delivering high quality security solutions to our clients (internal and external) using SAP and third party solutions and tools.
You will be responsible to drive continuous improvement of security standards, system hardening, support audit and certifications of our services in conjunction with external parties and the internal teams. Ensure adherence to the Secure Software Development Lifecycle within a Dev Sec Ops framework.
Work with the CISO and CISA to ensure implementation of and adherence to security frameworks within the product teams.
Act as a mentor in your area of expertise to other colleagues. Seek to automate where possible and continuously improve existing processes.
Work closely with our clients to implement existing and new Fioneer secure solutions in the areas of compliant user provisioning, authentication, role build in a structured approach.


Requirements

• SAP Authorization skills across the core product stack – SAP ABAP Platform, Business Technology Platform and SAP HANA

• Authentication experience across the SAP solution portfolio with dominant security protocols and third party technologies

• Identity provisioning knowledge and experience for onboarding into core SAP modules

• Experience with one or more of the following products: SAP Identity Authentication, SAP Identity Provisioning Services, SAP Identity and Access Governance, SAP GRC

• Good consulting and communication skills to work with our clients and across our internal cloud teams. Mid senior and senior candidates should have excellent consulting skills and be able to independently work and drive new build items and work with our customers and internal teams

• Knowledge of general and industry security standards and compliance in SOC, ISO27001, and STAR.

• System hardening experience and knowledge

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• Bachelor’s Degree/Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar, required.

• Strong knowledge of IT security standards, compliance and Dev Sec Ops.

• Experience with Hyperscaler technologies

• Experience and mindset in technical security essential as is any experience in the FSI or a regulated industry

• You will have the freedom to innovate, grow and drive new initiatives and projects in the organization. Cloud or technical architecture knowledge preferred but not essential depending on experience.

• Certifications in SAP and/or in the security domain

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Resolves complex issues within own area of expertise and supports others in resolving issues.

• Very good communication (written, verbal and presentation) and interpersonal skills

• Strong drive to get things done and willingness to get hands-on to support the team

• Self-driven, curious, flexible mindset with the ability to learn quickly

WORK EXPERIENCE

• Experience in the SAP and security domain: 5- 10 years

• Security experience reflecting the skills needed for the role

• Experience in working with global teams with high levels of collaboration

• Experience working in the security in regulated industry.
