Supporting management
Booking business trips including preparing travel expense reports
Invoicing and invoice processing
Procuring materials and preparing purchasing decisions
Handling correspondence independently (partly in English)
Preparing reports and presentations
Supporting event organisation
Preparing accounts
HR administration.
Skills Required
Fully training as an Office Administrator or several years of professional experience in a similar position
Ability to work independently and understand quickly, conscientious, careful work, discretion
Very good knowledge of MS Office applications
Good command of English and German
Aware of client and team needs, as well as initiative and reliability.
