As part of our Corporate Field Service Team in Munich, you will support our customers on-site with various service requests regarding our televisions and speakers, as well as integrated audio systems. In doing so, you will work closely with local Bang & Olufsen dealers and our Service Manager DACH.

Key responsibilities:
Undertake troubleshooting, system integrations, configurations, repairs and selected installations at customers’ private houses and in stores for our retailers

Provide 360° project support: planning, documentation, execution and follow-up in close cooperation with retail partners and our service team

Coach and support local retail partners/installers on technical issues

Provide technical assistance at Bang & Olufsen events

Ensure high standards in direct cooperation with our Quality department at the HQ in Denmark

Operate a small warehouse for loan products, spare parts, tools and installation material

Attend regional sales team, service and retailer meetings

What you bring

Moreover, you:
Are a skilled technician with extensive field service experience with AV and network solutions

Bring competencies within system integration, connectivity, content providers, remote services, installation, configuration and systematic trouble shooting

Have solid experience in executing on technical projects

Have a customer-oriented mindset and strive for service excellence

Are a team player who can easily collaborate with others

Speak and write German and English

Experience with Microsoft Office, specifically with Outlook and Teams

What we offer:
You will be part of an international team of field service technicians, where you will have the opportunity to work independently and continuously expand your technical skills. We support you with various training sessions on-site or in Denmark. Additionally, we provide you with a fully equipped service vehicle. Your area of responsibility will be in Munich and the surrounding area, with occasional customer visits in the Bavaria region.

Compensation: Competitive salary and benefits package.
