Explore your tasks and responsibilities

• Oversee the global Project and Construction Management (PM/CM) processes, ensuring consistent implementation across all regions.
• Lead the development and enforcement of PM/CM policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with organizational standards.
• Manage the Project Setup for large-scale programs and ensure the digitalization of construction management processes.
• Foster the implementation of the "Exyte Way" in project execution, promoting a uniform approach to project delivery.
• Oversee the PM Academy, ensuring all PM/CM personnel receive adequate training and mentorship.

Show your expertise

• MSc in Engineering, Economics, or Project Management with at least 15 years of relevant operational experience.
• Experience with Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) projects, including a deep understanding of semiconductor, data center, and pharmaceutical projects.
• Proven leadership experience in top EPC/EPCm firms, including 10+ years in project management roles.
• PMP certification preferred, with strong knowledge of project management tools and SAP.
• Excellent communication skills in English, with German language skills preferred.
