CSA Manager for Technical Office (Onsite)

Opportunity:
Our client, a General Contractor (GC) very experienced in the construction of Data Centre, has been assigned the role of GC for the CSA of a 30 MW Data Centre in Hanau. They require, from Quark the development of the Riba Stage 5 design and the support to the construction team during the whole construction phase.
Responsibilities:
- Leading a team of people working across Germany (Works site) and Spain (Headquarters) under the supervision of the Project Director (professional from Quark).
- Relevant Team Member for the success of Quark’s team within the wider project.
- Working directly with the General Contractor Team in the Works Site.
- Leading the team in the back office in the development of the Architectural Riba Stage 5 design.
- Supporting the GC team in attending coordination meetings, Site Technical Queries, Reviewing the Subcontractor’s technical submissions, reviewing the As-Built Model, Bo Q for material procurement, Construction Details, and Technical Documents of Variation Orders issued to/from the GC.
- Provide advice on planning, construction, and design issues to the Project Director.
- Act as a key point of contact for the Riba Stage 5 Design Team in front of the end client.
- Experience leading the Architecture works and technical design solutions in mission-critical buildings.
- Sound experience in materials selection, fit-out management and design, architectural details, architectural Bo Q, etc.
- Knowledge of both Architectural and MEP disciplines in a
- High English Level.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills essential for team-based working with colleagues and clients of all levels
- Following our expansion commitment in Germany, capability of signing off on Architecture projects in Germany (Bauvorlageberechtigte).
Desired:
