Job Description
This position is responsible for maintaining a positive customer service experience for internal and external customers, entry of orders, account and documentation maintenance and various customer service support as assigned.

Support with ongoing daily receipt, entering and confirmation of orders in a timely manner.
Collect customer account documents and setup new accounts in coordination with sales as required.
Communicate with customers regarding their orders and coordinate with appropriate sales representatives regarding customer needs.
Maintaining customer service, logistics and sales relevant records.
Provide administrative support to Customer Service Supervisor and Customer Operations Specialist, including but not limited to: project support, documentation of processes and procedures and record keeping.
Maintain an efficient and organized work environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or professional commercial education.
Minimum 1-2 years experience in a customer facing role.
Excellent communication skills.
Microsoft Office experience required.
SAP or similar ERP Software experience preferred.
Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities.
Ability to effectively deal with a variety of people ranging from patients to health care professionals, and internal customers.
Ability to prioritize tasks quickly and effectively.
Demonstrate initiative and resourcefulness.
Excellent organizational skills.
English and German (fluent in spoken and written).
