Stellenbeschreibung
- Develop and implement Enpal's lead strategy in the referral space, including customer referral programs and partnerships.
- Build, hire, lead and mentor a small team dedicated to referral program initiatives, providing guidance, feedback, and development opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with Growth, Digital, and Tech teams to align referral initiatives with broader company objectives.
- Design data-driven processes to track, analyze, and optimize referral performance across multiple channels.
- Establish metrics and KPIs to measure program success and use insights to refine strategies.
- Innovate and implement engaging customer referral experiences to drive brand loyalty and community engagement.
Qualifikationen
- You have completed a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in growth marketing, business development, or referral program management.
- Proven track record in developing and scaling successful referral or affiliate marketing programs.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and use insights to optimize strategies.
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with experience working cross-functionally in fast-paced environments.
