Electrical & Instrumentation Supervisor

We are looking for an E&I Supervisor with experience in pulp & energy projects for our customer's project in Kassel, Germany. Location: Germany
As an Electrical & Instrumentation Supervisor, you will:
- Oversee Electrical and Instrumentation Installations: Ensure that wiring, control panels, sensors, valves, and measurement systems are installed correctly and function as planned.
- Ensure Safety: Monitor that all installation work complies with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Coordinate Teams: Collaborate with local and international teams to ensure that project installation phases progress based on the schedule and the quality standards
- Conduct Tests and Calibrations: Test and calibrate systems to verify their correct operation.
- Solve problems: Identify and resolve all issues during the installation process promptly and effectively.
- Maintain Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate documentation and reports of installations
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in electrical and instrumentation installations in industrial projects.
- Proven experience in effectively solving issues in installation projects.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills in an international working environment.
- Solid understanding of safety standards and industry regulations.
- Fluent spoken and written English & German skills
