European Air Transport Leipzig Gmb H (EAT) officially started operations at Leipzig/Halle Airport in spring 2008 as an aircraft maintenance company and registered cargo airline. It is a wholly-owned subsidiary of DHL Group and belongs to the DHL Express division. In cooperation with DHL Air Austria and DHL Air UK Ltd., EAT covers the majority of the European DHL network.

- Supporting the Engineering Avionic team in preparing navigation and terrain software for on-aircraft updates and providing flight data
- Utilizing and maintaining various software programs (e.g., Trax, Signavio, Skywise, Office, Air Vault)
- Preparing for reliability meetings
- Database maintenance and creating data analysis overviews
- Assisting the Engineering Manager with administrative and organizational tasks
- Monitoring progress of open measures and reporting to the Engineering Manager
- Participating in cross-functional projects/initiatives/meetings as a representative of the Engineering department.
- Specialized vocational training and several years of relevant professional experience, or completed studies or several years of relevant professional experience in a technical field.
- Practical work experience in the aviation industry is advantageous.
- Very good knowledge of German and English.
- Excellent understanding of systems and methodological competence to solve complex issues, as well as decision-making skills.
- Precise and conscientious work approach.
- Enjoyment of working in a team.
