Financial Analyst for the Pension Trust Fund in Germany

This role has been designed as ‘Hybrid’ with an expectation that you will work on average 2-3 days per week from an HPE office.

In this role as Financial Analyst - Pension Trust Fund Germany position, you

• Provide complex, financial analysis in the pension trust context.
• Establish and maintain relationships with trust leadership board, consulting company and financial institutions.
• Implement trust decisions and initiate relevant administration steps.
• Identify issues and propose solutions.
• Represent the trust topics in wider finance organization.

If you have these Skills, Expertise, Attitude and Education…

• First level university degree with a focus in business or economics; or equivalent experience.
• Typically, multiple years of experience as a financial analyst with focus on company pension schemes and trust.
• Profound experience in Pension Trust processes, administration and regulations.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Strong business application skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel).
• Strong communication and influencing skills on leadership level.
• Excellent teamwork skills.
• Good business acumen.
• Business fluency in German and English language
