Your role

In this role you will:

• Work closely with Deltia’s Founders and Founders Associate on various projects
  
• Assist in preparing financial reports, budget tracking, and expense management
  
• Support investor relations activities, including preparing presentations and reports
  
• Participate in strategic meetings and provide necessary support
  
• Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, organizing events, and handling documentation
  
• Handle special projects, ensuring seamless execution and delivery of various initiatives
  
• Contribute to the growth of the Deltia team by supporting the hiring process by coordinating interviews and managing candidate communications
  
• Aid in the planning and execution of team retreats and other team-building activities
  
• Provide logistical support for strategic meetings and company events
  

Your profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or a related field
  
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
  
• Quick and precise executioner
  
• Ability to multitask and handle a variety of tasks simultaneously
  
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Power Point) and Google Workspace
  
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
  
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tasks and environments
  
• Willingness to take on any task, no matter how small or repetitive
  
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and a positive attitude
  
• Excellent English communication skills; German is not required but would be a plus
