Are you an expert in Life Sciences and Healthcare Logistics with a talent for managing global operations? We're seeking a leader to oversee our global depot network, ensuring top operational and financial performance across 30+ depots, focusing on clinical trials. You’ll drive excellence through performance management, team development, and strong partnerships with local business owners. Your role includes managing vendor contracts, leading negotiations, and resolving operational issues promptly. Your key accountabilities include:

• Lead and manage the global depot network, ensuring all operational and financial performance targets are met, with a focus on clinical trials and depot operations across 30+ depots.

• Develop and enhance management capabilities through effective performance management, mentoring, team development, and succession planning.

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with local business owners and partners worldwide to ensure all operational requirements and standards are consistently met.

• Oversee vendor contracts and lead negotiations from both operational and commercial perspectives

• Resolve operational escalations promptly to ensure business continuity and maintain high customer performance standards, while managing reporting, KPIs, and overall depot performance.

What are we looking for from you?

• A background in Life Sciences and Healthcare Logistics – essential

• Experience in warehousing, transportation and packaging operations - including international logistics processes – essential

• Experience managing a team - essential

• Previous experience in Clinical Trials and/or Specialty Pharma Operations - beneficial

• Ability to manage and influence remote teams based in differing time zones / regions

• Strong stakeholder management experience
