We have a contract opportunity for a Google Chronicle SOAR Consultant - Contractor to assist with a new security transformation/migration from Splunk to Google Chronicle.

Assist with the deployment, configuration, and management of Google Chronicle SOAR within the client's security infrastructure.
Design and optimize playbooks to automate incident response and streamline security operations within Google Chronicle SOAR.
Develop strategies for security automation, orchestration, and response to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the security posture.
Collaborate with other security teams to integrate SOAR solutions with existing security tools such as SIEM, EDR, and threat intelligence platforms.
Utilize scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java Script) and API integrations to extend SOAR functionalities and automate complex security workflows.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience with Google Chronicle SOAR in deploying, configuring, and managing the platform.
Strong understanding of security automation, incident response, and orchestration processes.
Proven track record of successfully integrating SOAR solutions with other security tools and platforms.
Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java Script) and extensive experience with API integrations for automating security workflows.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team on complex projects.

The expected pay rate range for this contract assignment is $85-$130 per hour. Exact pay rate will vary based on skills, experience, and location. Candidates will also be expected to work PST hours.
