  • Embrace openness, appreciation, and team spirit as you independently lead a planning team of 3-4 employees, ensuring their continuous development.
  • As the Planning lead for your individual markets, you and your team will create insight-driven communication strategies across online and offline channels for our renowned clients, from strategic planning to operational execution.
  • Crafting media strategies is your passion! You’ll be supported by specialists from research, TV, radio, and online.
  • Maintain direct client contact and offer comprehensive, professional consulting to elevate their marketing efforts.
  • As a creative thinker with expertise, you will develop communication solutions that drive success.
  • Use client-specific analyses (incl. Competition and Market Mix Modelling), presentations, and reports to make those successes measurable.

About You
  • You have a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or equivalent training.
  • You bring at least 4 years of experience in national media planning or marketing, whether from an agency or client-side.
  • You’re skilled in conducting independent competitive and audience analyses, as well as developing integrated communication strategies.
  • Your knowledge in marketing, market, and media research is solid, and you are proficient with common planning tools.
  • English is no issue for you, both written and spoken.
  • You’re an organizational talent who’s ready to take on any challenge.
  • Your thinking is analytical, your communication skills are strong, and your presentations? Simply put, convincing!
  • You enjoy working independently and know how to bring out the best in your team.
