We are looking for a dynamic and visionary Head of Cyber SOC to lead our teams of experts into the future. In this key position, you will be responsible for the management and further development of our Cyber Security Operations Center (Cyber SOC). You will be reporting to the Head of Global Cyber SOC and working closely with customers and internal stakeholders to protect our customers.
It would be perfect if you live near our Cyber SOC hub located in Augsburg or our Munich-based headquarter and can join us promptly.

Your key responsibilities:

Managed Detection and Response

• As the technical and organizational leader with the title Head of Cyber SOC Germany, you are confident to represent our capabilities internally to colleagues and partners as well as to our customers
• Ensure a high quality and efficiency of services to protect our customers
• Support internal stakeholders to manage customer expectations
• Together with other experts, you feel confident to adjust our standardized solutions to secure even the most complex and interesting customer environments
• Continuously learn, improve and share your knowledge in a global team
• Manage revenue, cost, margin and budget for your perimeter

People management

• Lead and inspire our excellent Cyber SOC management team in Germany
• Following up yearly goals and targets for individual team members and reflect these in the capacity planning
• Drive collaboration across departments
• Preserve a great place to work - our Cyber SOC

Skills & experience you should bring along:

• Successfully completed studies in Computer Science, with a focus on IT security or comparable vocational training
• Several years of professional experience of working in a (Cyber)SOC with comprehensive know-how in the fields of security analysis, incident detection and response
• Several years of professional experience in leading one or several teams in the context of (Cyber)SOC activities or similar
• A high level of social competence while acting and thinking in an entrepreneurial spirit
  
• A solution-oriented mind and analytical, conceptual and problem solving skills
• Team spirit as well as customer orientation paired with a confident appearance and excellent discussion and negotiation skills
• Business fluency in both GERMAN AND ENGLISH
