YOUR TASKS

In the Electronics division, you will be responsible for the organization "Electric Drives Actuators." You will shape the interdisciplinary and agile product development consisting of control systems development, motor design, and testing (development testing). With our diverse drive solutions, we are one of the top development suppliers worldwide.

• You will lead the development group "Electric Drives Actuators," which consists of various experts in the fields of motor design, control technology, and system integration
• You will also lead the development group "System Engineering Actuation" in a dual role, thus taking overall responsibility for a team of 10 development engineers
• In line with automotive trends, you will work with your teams to develop new innovative, future-oriented solutions for internal and external customers
• You will identify and track market trends, set new impulses with your team, and thus strengthen the innovation potential of the product segment
• In this role, you will report to the Head of Design and Development Actuators

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Successfully completed degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a comparable field of study.
• Several years of relevant professional experience in a comparable role in the automotive sector or a similar industry.
• Extensive experience in international project business, disciplinary leadership, and good knowledge of development processes in the automotive field.
• Systematic and structured work style with strong communication and motivational skills.
• Fluency in German and English.
