Job description
We are seeking an Interim Agency Project and Process Manager to join our corporate inhouse marketing agency for a minimum of one year. The role entails overseeing the development and execution of international and local marketing campaigns and leading the tools used by the marketing professionals. Candidates should demonstrate strong operational skills, communication strengths, and the ability to drive continuous improvement within the agency.

You will collaborate with the regional and local marketing teams as well as the project manager team to ensure alignment and consistency of the marketing campaigns across different markets and channels. You will coordinate the translation process and localization of marketing materials for various markets, using XTM as the machine translation tool and ensuring linguistic and cultural accuracy. You will use Wrike as the project management tool to track the progress, dependencies, risks, and issues of the marketing projects and communicate them to the stakeholders. Additionally,

Key Accountabilities:

• You collaborate with the regional and local marketing teams as well as the project manager team to ensure alignment and consistency of the marketing campaigns across different markets and channels.
• You coordinate the translation process and localization of marketing materials for various markets, using XTM as the machine translation tool and ensuring linguistic and cultural accuracy.
• You maintain Wrike as the project management tool to track the progress, dependencies, risks and issues of the marketing projects and communicate them to the stakeholders.
• You document and update the best practices, guidelines and templates for the global marketing projects and processes.
• You train an onboard new marketing and project managers on group tools such as Wrike, XTM, and Livestorm.
• You identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the project lifecycle and escalate them when necessary.

Your Profile:

• Proven experience in project and process management within a marketing agency.
• Strong knowledge of international marketing project management and tools.
• Demonstrated service orientation with a strong commitment to providing exceptional support and solutions to clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are consistently met.
• Flexible and adaptable with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
