WHAT YOU'LL DO

As an Intern, you’ll support the team of BCG’s educational initiative business@school for five to six months (ideally from February to the end of June 2025). The focus of your work will be on supporting the event team in the preparation and follow-up as well as the implementation of the 12 final events at the participating schools throughout Germany and Italy. You’ll also help our PR consultant in publishing images and reports on our website and social media. You will work closely with the team, communicate with the hosting schools and external service providers, and assist the team on-site with the implementation. Your tasks require willingness to travel (one to three days a week) in Germany and Italy.

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

• 
  You are a student in a bachelor’s or master’s program (ideally majoring in business administration, marketing, or event management) and are available full-time during the internship period.
  
• You are interested in the event industry and have ideally already gained some experience in organizing events.
  
• You’re confident working with MS Office programs.
  
• You communicate excellently in German and English.
  

YOU'LL WORK WITH

You will be part of a tightly knit and highly motivated team spread across the Munich and Düsseldorf offices. Your key contacts will be based in our Munich office, like you. Our collaboration as a team is characterized by mutual support, regular experience sharing, and strong trust.
