Intern Legal Compliance (All genders welcome)
at the Kia Europe Headquarters in Frankfurt/Main, Germany
>> for 12 months (minimum 6 months)


The Requirements:


For your internship at Kia Europe you need to be enrolled during the whole internship period. Furthermore you need a valid visa and an unrestricted permit to work in Germany. We recommend completing a twelve-month internship with us, as this gives you sufficient time to learn about Kia Europe and familiarize yourself with your topic. On-site presence is required.

Your Mission:

• Be a member of the legal compliance team
  
• Support with digital contract archiving and maintenance of our contract database
  
• Support on general administrative tasks (e.g. contract archiving, arranging meetings)
  
• Support on legal, compliance regulatory advice for internal legal requests
  
• Carry out legal research to support Legal Compliance matters
  
• Review and draft legal documents (e.g. contracts, NDA, Po A) and internal policies
  
• Manage and improve legal tech and digital tools used by the Legal Compliance team
  
• Provide onboarding training for employees on the use of digital contract archiving tool and Docu Sign
  
• Support internal/external communication materials for Compliance Regulatory matters
  
• Support with the preparation and organization of compliance trainings
  

Your Talents:

• You are an EU based Bachelor or Master student in a legal related field, preferably law/business law
  
• You are interested in the Automotive and Mobility Industry
  
• You have business fluent verbal and written English communication skills
  
• You have a good command of MS Word, MS Excel and MS Power Point
  
• You have a pro-active working approach
  
• You are a strong team player with an open approach to different legal systems, areas of law, nationalities and cultures
