Job Summary
General administrative tasks in the area of operational purchasing

Responsibilities

• Obtaining and evaluating supplier offers, clarifying delivery dates and conditions, including price negotiations
• Control and coordination of delivery dates and quantities in line with production and order requirements, including the implementation of delivery reminder procedures
• Release / customs clearance of import shipments
• placing orders with suppliers and service providers

Basic Qualifications

• high skills in German and English language
• Professional experience in the commercial sector, in particular several years of experience in purchasing/supply chain
• Experiences in import clearance

Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements

• Flexible working hours
• Working remote 1 day per week
