As a Operational Technology (OT) Project Manager (m/f/d) at Grid Field Operations Offshore, you will be responsible for managing complex IT/OT projects of our existing offshore grid connection systems in the Netherlands and Germany in a safe and sound manner to safeguard the security of supply.

Your contribution to Tenne T

The key objective of your job is to analyze the needs of the unit regarding organizational and legal obliged Operational Technology (IT/OT) requirements
Based on this you create the business case in close connection and coordination with our execution grid connection teams, our Technical specialists and our partner departments
Furthermore, you will guarantee a successful project execution while managing the overview of ongoing and new projects in this specific program
You prepare decisions by providing reports for the decision-making bodies and regular reports to the accountable executives in the unit
Furthermore, your will support the technical project manager in creating and coordinating the project structure. You continuously monitor and coordinate the fulfillment of work packages with those responsible within the projects and actively manage risks and opportunities
As part of our continuous improvement, you will also work on enhancing our project governance and PM tooling

Your profile and background

You hold an academic degree (Diplom / Bachelor / Master) in Information Technology, a technical field of study with engineering background or have a comparable qualification
You have several years of professional work experience as a project manager of complex physical security, operating systems and IT security projects
It is an advantage if you have knowledge of operational technology (OT) in the environment of a network operator
You have a valid project management certification, such as PMP / IPMA D or higher
You show very good communication and stakeholder management skills – and are able to cope with conflicting interests
As our projects and teams are managed internationally, and you will be travelling in Europe, you should be fluent in English and preferably have good proficiency in German

Grid Field Operations is executing Field Operations, Maintenance and (Baseload) Projects. We ensure the integrity and safety of our assets entrusted to us, while also ensuring their maximum availability. We make sure that the onshore grids of Tenne T is reliable in Germany and the Netherlands.

Salary

74600 € - 113000 €
