• Promote and ensure application of Business Process Management (BPM) and Quality Management (QM) framework (principles, practices and standards)
• Collaboration in the establishment and further development of the Quality Management System and the associated documentation
• Provide and ensure the integrity of the Operations Offshore process map and process landscape.
• Develop and provide BPM and QM training / coaching.
• Documentation of processes in our process documentation system (ADONIS NP).
• Support for workflow automation using the MS Power Platform tools.
• Creation, review and improvement of process- and quality-related documents (such as guidelines, work instructions, training documents, templates etc.). Conduct and evaluate BPM and QM assessments at Operations Offshore.

• Academic degree in technical or economical studies e.g. industrial engineering.
• Knowledge of process modelling tools (Adonis or other BPMN2.0 based tools).
• Experience with quality management systems (DIN ISO 9001). An additional qualification as a TÜV or DGQ auditor is an advantage.
• Experience in using the tools of the MS Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) desirable. Familiar with setting up easy-to-read report.
• Experience in the energy sector and knowledge of the offshore operations & maintenance domain are a clear benefit.
• Very good communication skills in German and English.
• You are a genuine team player and effective communication is one of your passions.
