Tasks

Position Summary

We are searching for inspiring and well-rounded Personal Trainers to join our digital health platform, which is designed to offer integrated, whole - person solutions. Using telehealth technologies, the Personal Trainers will not only guide clients interested in improving their overall fitness levels. Working with clients to create individualized plans for achieving their fitness goals, you will be part of a healthy lifestyle journey. You’ll provide quality assessments of the client’s fitness level and create inspiring workout plans, as well as provide invigorating workout classes, personal training sessions, and general coaching to ensure clients are motivated and empowered. You will also conduct educational lectures, webinars, and forums. Our mission is to create safe, efficient and effective exercise programs that help our clients achieve their healthy living goals.

Your duties will include:

• Conducting one-on-one, group, and multi-practitioner consultations.
• Create an exercise program design.
• Providing clients with safe, reasonable exercises that they can perform at home, work, or while traveling.
• Working with our clients on their goals and introducing them to our personal training packages.
• Advising clients about important safety concerns and demonstrating exercises or maneuvers, as needed.
• Performing clinical documentation.
• Developing and performing webinars and/or online workshops.
• Arranging follow-up consultations with clients and/or referrals, as necessary.
• Participating in inter-professional team meetings, incorporating the client’s needs into the overall care plan.
• Collaborating with other Sola Vieve practitioners across the health spectrum to develop new services and products, share knowledge, and continuously improve the client experience.
• Conducting case conferences, when necessary, on clients to achieve whole-person servicing.
• Triaging and coordinating a client’s care by consulting with Sola Vieve and third-party health professionals, while exchanging continuity of care records.
• Participating in professional development/educational activities/programs to ensure excellence in the provision of exercise care.

Requirements

Education

• College degree relating to fitness (Personal Training/ Sport Science/ Fitness Training) (preferred)
• Certifications/Licenses: Fitness certification including Personal Training, or/ and group training certification required, with the ability to work across country borders
• Master’s degree in health related field (bonus)

Experience

• Minimum 3-5 years experience in providing personal training and fitness classes
• Experience in performing online and remote telehealth services (preferred).

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Possesses outstanding judgment in personal training and coaching
• Has a deep knowledge of various fitness programs, from basic exercises to advanced training sessions.
• Ability to inspire and motivate clients
• Ability to collaborate with professionals across the health spectrum
• Possesses excellent oral and written communication skills (proficient in both English and German)
• Affinity for incorporating the company voice and brand into health topics
• Mindful of our solution focused voice when addressing preventative health outcomes.
• Ability to explain complex health-related phenomena in a simple and practical manner
• Ability to use technology to administer consultations
• Ability to perform exercises and movements as demonstrations for clients
• Possesses excellent organizational skills and the ability to work towards and meet deadlines
• Ability to work remotely
• Possesses the knowledge of research procedures, methods, techniques, statistical principles, measurement theories and data collection instruments (preferred)

Location

The location of Solavieve Gmb H is Heidelberg, Germany. However, this position is remote and can be performed from any location.
