We are looking for a creative and passionate individual to design and develop informative, interactive, and visually appealing solutions that support our clients' business strategies. You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of platforms and Microsoft technologies, to develop services, solutions, proof-of-concepts and prototypes that are not only responsive and accessible but also engaging for the end-user.

Your expertise spans data design, user experience, requirements analysis, and process improvement, and you're eager to make a real impact with each project. Required Skills / Experience in:

1-3 years of Power Platform experience with Power Apps and Power Automate (MS Flow)
Full lifecycle experience with Power Apps (canvas and model-driven)
Workflow design and development in Power Automate
Data creation, analysis, and visualization in Power BI
Experience with Common Data Service, data security, and app deployment

Desired Skills / Experience in :

Experience with Co-Pilot Studio
Microsoft Teams and Share Point development, including Share Point Framework
Knowledge of Microsoft Graph API and Java Script
Relevant Microsoft Power Platform certifications
Power Platform Dev Ops practices
AI technology experience, including prompt engineering
Knowledge of Azure Dev Ops and Agile development
.NET C#, Type Script, RESTful services, and Power Shell scripting

About you

Strong communication and presentation skills in both German and English, with fluent language proficiency (minimum B2/C1 level).
Proactive and solution-oriented, with strong analytical skills and a service-driven approach.
Highly persuasive, enthusiastic, self-motivated, and responsible.
Enjoys tackling new and complex challenges.
Quick learner, able to confidently adopt new technologies, and work effectively in teams or independently, including with global teams.
Willingness to travel based on project needs.
