Power Platform Developer (f/m/d)(German speaking) - Germany

Required Skills / Experience in:

  • 1-3 years of Power Platform experience with Power Apps and Power Automate (MS Flow)
  • Full lifecycle experience with Power Apps (canvas and model-driven)
  • Workflow design and development in Power Automate
  • Data creation, analysis, and visualization in Power BI
  • Experience with Common Data Service, data security, and app deployment
    • Development of Power Platform solutions in Share Point and Teams

Desired Skills / Experience in :

  • Experience with Co-Pilot Studio
  • Microsoft Teams and Share Point development, including Share Point Framework
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Graph API and Java Script
  • Relevant Microsoft Power Platform certifications
  • Power Platform Dev Ops practices
  • AI technology experience, including prompt engineering
  • Knowledge of Azure Dev Ops and Agile development
  • .NET C#, Type Script, RESTful services, and Power Shell scripting

  • Strong communication and presentation skills in both German and English, with fluent language proficiency (minimum B2/C1 level).
  • Proactive and solution-oriented, with strong analytical skills and a service-driven approach.
  • Highly persuasive, enthusiastic, self-motivated, and responsible.
  • Enjoys tackling new and complex challenges.
  • Quick learner, able to confidently adopt new technologies, and work effectively in teams or independently, including with global teams.
  • Willingness to travel based on project needs.
