Explore your tasks and responsibilities

• End-to-end accountability for maintaining and operating all product-related business and IT services, including availability and capacity management
• Define and manage product roadmaps in alignment with business objectives and IT strategies
• Collaborate with the product team to ensure they understand the vision for the product and are designing great features for our partners
• Act as the key stakeholder, maintaining a deep understanding of the market and industry trends
• Responsible for the creation and prioritization of the product backlog.
• As Product Manager you have to ensure that the backlog items are clearly defined, prioritized based on the value they deliver, and are ready for the team to start work on
• Regularly track and monitor the performance of all product-related IT services and vendor performance.
• Collaborate with Exyte stakeholders across the organization to understand their needs and translate them into service requirements.

Show your expertise

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
• Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role in product management
• Experience with Agile methodologies/frameworks is a must
• Proven experience with product development cycles, from conception to launch
• Experience in a leadership role with direct responsibility for managing project teams, budget, and schedule
• Proven track record with implementation and management of IT4IT landscape and ITIL processes
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Service Now, Lean IX, MS Collaboration Portfolio, Atlassian, ITSM, ITFM and project management tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Proficiency in English, German language skills preferred
