We are currently looking for a project manager (m/f/d) with an interest in sustainability in fashion, in Berlin (full-time, part-time).

We are studio MM04, a Berlin-based agency that advises fashion brands, platforms, the public sector and NGOs on how to develop engaging and honest sustainability communications. We are a growing international team of six people with experience in entrepreneurship, fashion design, sustainability, consulting and activism and have a broad international network of progressive minds. In addition to client projects, we are the organizers of 202030 - The Berlin Fashion Summit (www.202030summit.com).
Role & tasks

• Project planning and management: You create detailed project plans, define milestones and monitor progress.
• Coordination and communication: You are the interface between customers, internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth processes.
• Resource management: You plan and allocate resources efficiently to achieve project goals on time and within budget.
• Project budgets: You develop and monitor project budgets.
• Quality management: You implement measures to ensure high quality standards.
• Event production: You coordinate the production of events for our clients.

Skills & experience

• Experience in digital project management - ideally from an online marketing agency or PR agency.
• Application of agile methodology using project management tools such as Asana.
• Strength in clear, professional and targeted communication with clients, partners and team members.
• You solve challenges in a results-oriented and proactive way.
• You value a collaborative work environment and foster a positive and creative team culture.
• Very good knowledge of German and English.
• Structured self-organization and a high sense of responsibility.
• Experience in organizing and producing events.
• Commitment to supporting the mission of studio MM04 and our clients.

The EU Textile Strategy regulates the fashion industry for the first time. Sustainability and, in particular, sustainability communication are regulated under the Green Claims Directive. We at studio MM04 support companies in the development of sustainability communication in accordance with the EU regulation and beyond.
