If you speak fluent German and English and have a residence in Germany, then you could become a team member at studio MM04.
We are studio MM04, a Berlin-based communication & consulting agency that advises fashion brands, platforms, the public sector and NGOs on how to develop engaging and honest sustainability communications. We are a growing international team of six people with experience in entrepreneurship, fashion design, sustainability, consulting and activism and have a broad international network of progressive minds. In addition to client projects, we are the organizers of 202030 - The Berlin Fashion Summit (www.202030summit.com).
Role & tasks
  • Social media strategy: you are the master of creating new channels for our client and activate the communities with your engaging and creative content.
  • Social Media Plan: you develop and manage an effective and efficient content calendar and release schedule to ensure a consistent and engaging online presence.
  • Social Media activation: You manage new content on Linked In, Instagram, Youtube and Tiktok and engage with existing profiles to build a community for our client.
  • Content creation: You create new visually appealing and engaging content based on creative templates and CI guidelines including graphics, images, videos and written text.
  • Collaborations & Campaigns: You develop new ideas for collaborations and campaigns with strong and engaging profiles and manage them targeted to our customers needs.
  • Monitoring: You monitor influencer content to ensure it aligns with brand guidelines and values and measure the efficiency of influencer collaborations through analytics and reports.
  • Analyzation: You analyze social media performance data and provide insights and recommendations to optimize engagement and growth.
  • Reporting: You track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for campaigns using monitoring tools.
  • Zeitgeist: You stay up to date on industry & sustainability trends and new social media platforms to recommend and implement new strategies.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with internal team members or external agencies to create high-quality multimedia content within specified budget and timeframe.
Skills & experience
  • 3+ years of experience in social media, especially with Instagram, Linked In and Youtube – Tik Tok is a plus.
  • Fluent German and English, both written and oral (C2 minimum).
  • Strong understanding of influencer marketing and experience working with content creators.
  • Enthusiasm for creative cross-media storytelling and reaching people via social media.
  • Ability to create engaging and visually appealing content.
  • Excellent verbal communication and networking skills.
  • Knowledge of relevant social media management, analytics and content creation tools.
  • Knowledge of graphic design and video editing (e.g. Adobe, Figma).
  • Digital and agile work culture: you are experienced in using digital tools for monitoring, project management, CRM and are excited to make use of AI.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Focus and target driven: You solve challenges in a results-oriented and proactive way.

About us

Our founders are pioneers in sustainable fashion with more than 15 years of experience and are driving the fashion industry's agenda towards sustainability. We have a holistic understanding of sustainability, including social and cultural issues such as DEIB, and find it important to constantly learn and evolve as an organization and as people.
The EU Textile Strategy regulates the fashion industry for the first time. Sustainability and, in particular, sustainability communication are regulated under the Green Claims Directive. We at studio MM04 support companies in the development of sustainability communication in accordance with the EU regulation and beyond. In addition to studio MM04, we are active in Fashion Revolution e.V., VORN - The Berlin Fashion Hub and Drip by Drip e.V.
