Projectplanning & Assistance

• Support of engineering/production in the creation of department-specific schedules for the projects including setting milestones, deadlines and dependencies of activities
  • Monitoring of milestones and, if necessary, coordination with the departments involved at the site
  • Creation and presentation of schedule deviations and other project data
  • Identification and communication of short- and long-term plan changes in scheduling
  • Support for the engineering department as document manager
• Capacity planning:
  • Implementation of specified project data into capacity planning for engineering and production at the site and ongoing review of the data
  • Organization of coordination meetings with the departments involved and recording of the results
  • Regular presentation of capacity planning to the departments
  
  

• Completed training as a state-certified technician or equivalent.
• Knowledge in the production planning.
• Personal initiative as well as independent and team-oriented working methods
• Positive communication behaviour
• Good technical knowledge for understanding the process needs.
• MS office skills are required.
• For communication and documentation purposes, German and English technical language experience in speaking and writing is essential required.
• Driving license and willingness to travel for meetings.
