JOB DESCRIPTION –
Leadership by supervision and ruling during the 3 phases of a Fiber Network Deployment in a project: Preparation – Construction – Certification. Assuring maximum quality.

Equivalent leadership for home connections in the assigned projects.

End to end view and leadership of the projects, oriented towards the final connectivity in the Gemeinden, so that fiber connectivity service can be finally be provided to the customers.

Coordinate and assure activities and objectives based in a project management approach and relying in the construction companies and the technical office companies. It is expected the role is done supported by the rest of stakeholders in the ecosystem, so the position consists on a management level that directs all the stake holders to the objective.

Provide a Lead on decisions to direct the rest of stakeholders.

Strong leadership in the relation with the Authorities at different levels, assuring smooth relation, quality and that the projects are executed in time and efficiently.

Support to commercial and network expansion activities, when required.

To be at the forefront of the construction industry through knowledge of the most innovative techniques

Understand the engineering team’s technical requirements and ensure that the completed projects meet these requirements

YOUR PROFILE

Advanced level in Technical Project Management.

Advanced level of knowledge of the processes of fiber deployment and installation.

Advanced level in Management Systems and Inventory.

A high level of English, spoken and written, is essential.

Leadership in environments with several stakeholders.

Skills in managing negotiations with authorities.

Skills in Customer vision, transversality, differential management.

Trustable.

Excellence in execution, results oriented.

> 3 years of experience of carrying out fiber network deployment projects and coordinating service migration projects.

Experience in the following specific areas of knowledge will be valued:

Network engineering projects

Civil work projects for fiber deployment with knowledgeable participation in technical and regulatory aspects

Project management of fiber deployment leading the involved stakeholders in the process end-to-end: construction companies, supervisor companies, internal department in the operator, commercial.

Inspections of network facilities: visit of the facilities carried out, preparation of reports of observations or repairs towards suppliers and improvement plans

Network Planning: network plan and structures, simulation of failures and load situations, design and dimensioning of IP networks
