Regional Lead- Dusseldorf, Germany

We are seeking a Regional Lead to oversee our team in Germany. This full-time role, based in either Frankfurt/Dsseldorf, reports to the General Manager and involves managing our sites in these cities. The position includes overseeing the local team, sales, customer service, and operations, while acting as the key liaison between the German market and the company HQ in Israel. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative leader with extensive management experience and a strong drive to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

The key responsibilities of a Regional Lead encompass:
  • Leading, growing, and mentoring a team of sales, community, and operations managers.
  • Developing and executing profit-oriented, cost-effective strategies aligned with building financials, while managing in-house expenses.
  • Collaborating with Sales Managers to steer sales efforts and implement solutions to enhance business performance within the city.
  • Being accountable for achieving the highest levels of member satisfaction and retention.
  • Working closely with the Operations Manager to ensure smooth operations across the Dsseldorf and Frankfurt branches.
  • Partnering with local community managers and associates to ensure excellent customer satisfaction and strong NPS results.
  • Serving as the main point of contact for all corporate matters between the German market and the company HQ.
  • Monitoring budgets, collections, KPIs, and overall market performance.
  • Collaborating with various HQ stakeholders, such as HR, Marketing, Legal, and Finance, to ensure goals are met.
  • Enhancing the Companys brand through PR efforts, events, and coordination with the Marketing department.
Experience Minimum Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in managing a team and leading a business unit.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales and/or customer service.
  • Experience in an international environment is an advantage.
  • Bachelors degree in Business Management, Economics, Hospitality, Consulting, or a related field.
  • An MBA is an advantage.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to drive revenue and build effective teams.
  • Fluency in English and German.
