As our next Regional Marketing Manager, you’ll have the exciting opportunity to shape and execute marketing strategies across Europe while supporting dealerships in driving sales. This role is about trust and working closely with your colleagues, dealers, and other stakeholders to achieve shared goals. In this role, you won’t be confined to a desk. Instead, you’ll travel across Europe, meet with dealer principals, and collaborate on marketing events and digital campaigns. You’ll get to work in a fast-paced environment where your ability to understand different cultures, adapt your communication style, and connect with people will be key to success. A positive mindset and the ability to read the room during meetings will help you understand the needs of your dealers and provide the right support. And, of course, empathy is at the heart of everything; therefore, you’ll be there to listen and guide them to success.
Multilingualism is a huge advantage in this role, with fluency in up to three languages helping you navigate the variety of markets you’ll be engaging with. Your role will go beyond traditional marketing. You’ll lead experiential marketing initiatives, support CRM campaigns, and help optimise customer journeys while driving sales conversion, customer retention, and brand engagement. Your work will directly influence how Aston Martin maintains its prestigious reputation and connects with customers across Europe.
Based in Frankfurt, this position involves regular travel (up to three days per week) to your assigned dealerships. The work schedule is 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday. You’ll report to the Head of Marketing Europe and collaborate with other teams and external agencies to bring creative ideas to life. You’ll also play a key role in meaningful projects that shape how Aston Martin interacts with its customers.
