We have 3 open positions for the following locations: Bremen, Sindelfingen, and Rastatt
Job Description:

• On-site client support at assembly and delivery factories
• Respond to customer complaints within 2 hours after the problem issue occurs: arrive on site to confirm the specific fault situation, provide feedback to the customer service engineer, and fill the on-site survey list and take a related detailed image
• Inspect and address product anomalies (rework, selection, return, etc.)
• Communicate with customer SQE teams and manage complaint logs
• Ensure prompt resolution of technical issues in collaboration with customer service engineers

Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing, automotive, or power battery industries
- Proficiency with electronic/electrical testing equipment (multimeter, CAN box, wire harness,..)
- Knowledge of high-voltage EV battery systems is a plus
- European resident with Class 2 electrician certification (preferred)
- Fluent in German and then in English or Chinese
- Valid driver’s license
