About the role

• Drive our retail presence in all channels, ensure premium and brand compliant presentation and communication through retail fixtures and digital POS solutions
• Manage & coordinate production of retail fixtures with internal go to market team, ensuring all items are on brand and comply with legal guidelines, whilst meeting the needs of our local retail partners
• Own project management and instore rollouts from planning to execution, ensure quality of deliverables within time and costs
• Closely collaborate with sales and marketing teams within DACH and act as a consultant in your area of expertise
• Visit stores to ensure best practice and monitor competitors activities, market trends and consumer insights
• Measure and evaluate performance with applicable KPIs
• Manage budgets, timeline and costs for projects

About You

• Marketing or general business degree
• 2+ years of experience and proven record in a similar position
• Affinity to technology & beauty or high-end fashion industry
• Fluent in German and English, French/Italian is a plus
• Organised, engaged, creative, quick thinking and alert person with the potential to generate and stimulate ideas and opportunities
• Strong project management and planning skills
• Exceptional team player with credibility and integrity to earn peer, senior management and cross-functional team confidence
• Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
• Proven ability to juggle a large workload, set priorities and focus on delivering to plan
• Able to deal with change and adapt with high flexibility whilst relentlessly pushing for targets.
