The main mission of the Sales strategy & analytics team is to unlock productivity gains and support business growth by monitoring business for topline/productivity improvements.
This role sits into the European Sales Performance team, led by Constance Macret - reporting directly into Chief Commercial Officer. This team is highly involved in strategic projects of the Commercial Leadership Teams.
Among the Sales Strategy & Analysis managed by Anne Perego across Europe, this role will reinforce an existing team of several business analysts, covering 3 geographies: France, Germany and Belgium. This role will be focusing on Belgium & Germany businesses (most commonly known with the brands Immowelt & Immoweb).
Proficiency in German ist a must-have criteria.
This job is based in either Berlin, Nuremberg or Brussels.

Job Description

Main areas of responsibility & ownership

  • Track and Analyze Sales Metrics: Monitor revenue, MRR, and churn performance across various segments and verticals; provide clear and actionable sales results to management
  • Evaluate Sales Activities: Keep a close eye on key sales input metrics, including the number of calls, appointments, orders sent, and conversion rates, to ensure optimal performance
  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Create and implement action plans to enhance sales performance, identifying innovative strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Collaborate with Finance for Accurate Forecasting: Work closely with the Finance team to accurately forecast short-term and medium-term revenues, and contribute to the budget planning process
  • Enhance Sales Performance Reporting: Partner with the BI team to refine Sales Performance KPIs and reporting mechanisms, ensuring data-driven decision-making
  • Boost Efficiency and Effectiveness: Strive for continuous improvement in sales efficiency and effectiveness by optimizing organization, incentive models, processes, tools, and other leverage points, in collaboration with the Sales Processes & Effectiveness team

Qualifications
Who we are looking for

  • Project Management: You are skilled in planning, executing, and overseeing projects to ensure timely and successful completion
  • Language Proficiency: You are fluent in German and English (both written and oral); proficiency in French is an added advantage
  • Technical Skills:
  • You are proficient in Excel and Google Sheets, using advanced functions and formulas
  • You have basic knowledge of SQL for database querying and Tableau for data visualization and reporting
  • Presentation Skills: You have strong presentation skills, capable of creating clear and engaging slides in Google Slides or Power Point
  • Business Acumen: You possess comprehensive knowledge of business operations and strategic thinking
  • Interpersonal Skills: You can effectively interact with diverse profiles, including top management, sales teams, and finance departments
  • Data Analysis: You are competent in analyzing complex sales data to derive actionable insights and support decision-making
  • Organizational Skills: You are highly organized, with a focus on rigor and timely delivery
  • Communication Abilities: You have excellent written and oral communication abilities, ensuring clear and concise information exchange
  • Approach: You follow an enthusiastic and proactive approach towards challenges and opportunities
