About the role
We are looking for a Area Sales Manager for our Pfister Capital Product Sales team in FLSmidth Cement. The specific sales areas are D-A-C-H (German speaking) countries and servicing the OEMs engineering companies that require dosing equipment in their projects.
The main market for Pfister Feeders is Cement, but we are also servicing adjacent markets. The team provide full sales service to our clients incl. site visits, joining conference, doing presentations, offer preparation, contract negotiations, clarifying technical details internally and externally, preparing order documents a.o. The focus on selling Pfister feeders is related to green innovations to support our clients to reduce CO2 emissions.
Your responsibilities
  • Selling Pfister capital feeders in German speaking countries and to OEMs
  • Work proactive to service our clients and searching for new clients
  • Permanent updating of the installed base in his sales area and feeding our CRM.
  • Be fully responsible for the sales success / budget in the corresponding sales area including supporting the OI budget planning
  • Act as a consultant to our clients
  • Co-operate with agents where applicable
  • Travelling shall be a fun factor.
You will be employed at FLSmidth Pfister Gmb H in Augsburg, Germany.
What you bring
  • Some years of experience in sales
  • Technical education (Engineer or technician)
  • Commercial experience for contract negotiations
  • Open minded to diverse countries, cultures and people
  • Be able to act in competition in our markets
