The job
We are seeking a talented and highly motivated data scientist (f/m/x) for structuring and analysing our lake and reservoir monitoring program datas.

Your tasks

Develop and apply workflows for quality control and visualisation of long-term monitoring activities
Integration of quality controlled data into UFZ data infrastructures
Evaluation of long-term data by statistical modelling and further mathematical tools
Documentation, presentation and scientific publishing of results

Your profile
Masters or Ph D in Environmental Sciences, Environmental Engineering, Mathematics, Physics or Limnology or related disciplines programming skills in script-oriented languages like R or Python and good communication and writing skills
