Your role

• Foster collaboration across cross-functional teams to innovate and differentiate our product
• Implement product features to enhance user engagement, experience, and potential monetization, guided by senior team members
• Engage in the full development cycle, from architectural design to deployment and maintenance, under mentorship from senior team members
• Take ownership of assigned tasks, including rigorous testing and deployment of features with guidance
• Proactively seek learning opportunities through coaching and mentorship, contributing fresh perspectives to product discovery sessions
• Actively participate in shaping product direction alongside Product Managers, leveraging your expertise and experiences

Your profile

• 5+ years of development experience with Node.js and React, with additional experience in Java and Python as a bonus
• Extensive experience in architecture, APIs, Microservices, and event-based systems; knowledge of Graph QL is a plus
• 2+ years of experience building systems with AWS solutions, including Lambda, Event Bridge, SQS, SNS, and API Gateway; Serverless framework is a plus
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Ia C), particularly Terraform, is advantageous
• Experience working with both traditional SQL (e.g., Postgre SQL) and No SQL databases
• Ability to mentor developers, lead knowledge-sharing sessions, and advocate for best practices like CI/CD, TDD/BDD/DDD, and Logging/Monitoring; experience with Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.

• Full transparency: For this role, we have a salary band between 75.000€ and 90,000€ gross per year. The salary that we will offer you will always be within this span and is based on the skills that you show during the recruitment process.
