Distribusion is quickly expanding globally and looking for a (Senior) Partner Operations Manager to join the Retail Partnerships team to drive the strategic growth and performance of some of our B2B partnerships. This role will require you to wear many hats and certainly not leave you bored!


What you will do:

  • Develop and improve operational processes relating to retail partners (onboarding, certification, ramp up, new stations, logo changes, etc).
  • Work as a key stakeholder and external partner representative on developments such as Distribusion's Portal or API
  • Manage the partner experience; from onboarding to integrating and growing with Distribusion. Develop tools and processes to increase partner experience and efficiency at scale.
  • Design and implement efficient processes for key functions, aimed at automating manual tasks and streamlining operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Business Development, Product, and Finance to ensure that project objectives are well defined, communicated clearly, and successfully achieved.
Workplace:
We are mainly looking for this role to be based within Germany, preferably in our HQ in Berlin.
We are a remote-first company, with teams located around the Globe and our HQ office in Berlin, where the team often meets in the office.


Who you are:
  • 4+ years of work experience in a high-growth company (experience in technology/software company, travel agency, transportation, and logistics industry is an advantage but not a must).
  • Proficiency in coordinating and leading projects across product, engineering, customer support, sales, and finance teams.
  • Experience with APIs and Postman.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, and Google Sheets; SQL querying is a nice to have.
  • Experience in managing stakeholders through effective communication and collaboration.
