Senior Project Manager (m/f/d) – Public Funded Projects

- Continuously identify public funded research programs (national/international) suitable to support Nexperia roadmap execution
- Connect with the relevant governmental administration, private public organizations in public funded research programs
- Connect with potential project partners for public funded projects, academia, industry, research organizations
- Lead Nexperia effort in applying for funding and take a key role in preparing the application
- Reporting of public projects to funding partners from start to final audit
- Administrate public funded projects internally
- Actively share knowledge about funding schemes and opportunities in the organization of Nexperia
- Ph D, Master‘s or Bachelor‘s degree in engineering or business field
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in set-up and defense of applications for public funding in R&D projects, preferably in semiconductor business
- Strong understanding of current semiconductor technologies and future trends
- Strong understanding of R&D capabilities and challenges
- Keen sense of how Nexperia technology fits into public funded programs scope
- Hands-on attitude to apply for projects and get them approved, started, and executed
- Active network to connect with external partners and relevant authorities
- Remarkable strategic expertise and solid negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (English/German)
- Good knowledge in state-of-the-art project management tools and their application
