Tasks

• Installation and commissioning of PEF systems at customer locations worldwide
• Training our customers on the use and maintenance of PEF systems
• Resolve customer questions and problems
• Error analysis, as well as create reports and documentation
• Working in an international team that supports national and international customers
• Close collaboration with the R&D team on new system developments and customer trials
• Optimization of service processes
• Workshop repairs

Your profile

• Technical training as an electronics engineer or mechatronics engineer or comparable training
• Alternatively, lateral entry with completed vocational training is possible
• Professional experience in the service/customer service area is an advantage
• Strong communication and teamwork skills as well as initiative
  willingness to travel nationally and internationally, as well as high flexibility
• Sound knowledge of reading and understanding electrical circuit diagrams and technical drawings
• Good knowledge of PLCs is an advantage
• You are flexible in your work processes
• Good knowledge of English, both written and oral
• Valid driving license
