Baker / Candy Maker / Food & Beverage Production
We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience measuring ingredients by weight, handling mixing equipment and able to follow specific instructions.
We are looking for someone who can assist in manufacturing one of our core skincare products. You’ll be responsible for measuring ingredients, prepping large heaters and mixers and combining and heating ingredients to the proper temperature. You will work directly with our R&D chemist to learn to make oil and water emulsions and more advanced skincare products such as lotions, creams, serums and toners.

• Assist with production of our products following our recipe procedures and good manufacturing practices
• Following strict sanitizing protocol
• Properly weigh out raw ingredients for mixing
• Mixing, heating, testing, batching and filling products
• Strict attention must be given to cleaning and organizing the production area.
• Maintain quality control and properly assess raw ingredients and finished products throughout the production process.
• Conduct inventory of raw ingredients and finished products.
• Package products
• Check in, inspect and catalog raw materials
• Support with sweeping, vacuuming, dishwashing, recycling and supporting the team with cleaning duties.
• Manage the production schedule and team.

Qualifications:

• Able to work independently and be a self-starter
• Strong record keeping and communication skills
• Able to solve problems quickly and efficiently
• Able to multi-task and switch gears when needed
• Positive attitude with a team player mindset
• Excellent attention to detail
• Able to calculate basic math formulas
• Previous experience in commercial kitchen, food service or bakery environment is a plus.
