SOC MANAGER

I am working with an international company, with huge ambitions to continue growing on a global scale, they understand the importance of Security. They are hiring for a SOC Manager to be the head of their SOC team and support the growth of their company seamlessly.
Responsibilities:
As a SOC Manager, you should be confident in representing the company’s capabilities both internally to colleagues and partners, as well as externally to customers.
Support internal stakeholders in managing customer expectations and work to tailor standardized solutions to secure even the most complex and challenging customer environments.
Additionally, actively promote collaboration across departments to ensure seamless operations and success.
Skill Requirements:

Several years of professional experience in a SOC, with extensive expertise in security analysis, incident detection, and response.
Proficient in German, with a language proficiency level of C1+.
Extensive experience in leading one or more teams within the context of SOC activities or related fields.
Degree in business IT, technical IT, or applied IT.

Desirable Skills:

Good communicator
Teamwork skills
