Specialist Design Operations (m/f/d)

Your Mission:
As Specialist Design Operations Team you will support the Design Operations Team with handling employee requests and expense claims.

Your Responsibilities:

• Support the budget controlling and analysis, including the management of team expenses to ensure overall cost efficiency
  
• Support the creation of internal budget approval report about investment plan
  
• Support the team with tracking and analyzing the budget status and preparing final completion report for each project
  
• Monitor and analyze the progress of the projects on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
  
• Constantly monitor the budget for outsourcing (for projects) and summarizing monthly time sheets
  
• Create SAP Fund Commitment and managing invoices and payment process and reporting them to the related department
  
• Support the Head of European Design and the Head of Global Design regarding SAP Fund Commitment and uploading invoices
  
• Review the End-of-Year closing such as planning accruals and clear next year budgets
  
• Perform administrative duties to support the operation of our daily business
  
• Support the team with organizing projects, events, workshops and order and maintain the office supplies inventory
  
• Identify areas for improvements, proposing and implementing adequate measures
  
  
  

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related field, or proven record of vocation training with relevant work experience
  
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in an administrative role, preferably in an international environment
  
• Basic understanding in accounting and budget systems
  
• Advanced computer skills above all MS-Office package, especially Excel
  
• Highly organized individual with strong attention to detail, sense of urgency and ability to multi-task
  
• Good interpersonal and communication skills and flexibility in a multicultural environment
  
• Ability to work in a team
  
• Ability to communicate effectively with tact and discretion in English with management team and employees at all levels
  
• Fluency in English on written and verbal basis is compulsory; Fluency in Korean or German are beneficial
