SPECIALTY ACCOUNT MANAGER

- PREBOOK SELL IN SPECIALTY – Deliver seasonal prebook targets across the Specialty profile, harnessing BCOM platform and other technologies to facilitate highly efficient, self-service approach. Ensure orders are received and processed on BCOM within seasonal deadlines. Support company in driving key categories and products.
- AT ONCE & ISPR – Analyse and interpret data from across the organisation to identify commercial opportunities and drive in season sales. Work closely with planning partner to drive excess inventory / ISPR opportunities across the profile. Work with Sales Ops/ BCOM Team to ensure relevant product presentation and promotion for sales purposes
- CUSTOMER SERVICE COLLABORATION – Work closely with Customer Service (Customer Success & AR) team to support timely orderbook conversion & cash collection escalations.
- MOR, LRN & BLUEPRINT – In close collaboration with Sales Ops (and MPS where relevant), ensure MOR and LRN are adhered to and take relevant action as appropriate. Ensure Distribution Blueprint being up to date for the portfolio (in CX360 and other relevant tools)
- NEW ACCOUNTS– Coordinate New Account process for the profile supported by Sales Ops (and MPS team for physical prospecting & LRN where relevant)
- SUSTAINABILITY - Look for ways to improve the sustainability footprint of Speciality Account profile. Support initiatives which will make a difference. Ensure sustainability is on the agenda in all that we do.
- Travel Percentage: 5- 10%
