- Leading end-to-end project delivery in national and international IT environments, ensuring seamless integration of new processes and improvements
- Orchestrating the implementation of initiatives across international teams and managing a complex project matrix organisation across multiple regions and countries
- Leveraging your extensive project management experience and in-depth knowledge of change and transformation to lead the organisation’s structural change processes
- Contributing to IT strategy development and defining target operating models
- Acting as a subject matter expert during the project evaluation phase, providing insight, suggesting roll-out strategies and conducting preliminary project planning/baselining activities
- Developing suitable change communication measures and providing expertise on culture, transformation and change communications
- Completed studies with a focus on information technology or business administration
- Several years of experience in (IT) transformation projects, organisational change management or as an external (strategy) consultant
- Proficiency in creating strategic roadmaps and managing complex initiatives
- Understanding of IT landscapes, software development and technical dependencies
- Excellent time and project management skills
- Adaptability to high-performance environments and a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset
- Strong communication skills and professional fluency in German and English
- Experience in project management (e.g. organisational transformations)
