Your Job
What this role looks like.
  • Leading end-to-end project delivery in national and international IT environments, ensuring seamless integration of new processes and improvements
  • Orchestrating the implementation of initiatives across international teams and managing a complex project matrix organisation across multiple regions and countries
  • Leveraging your extensive project management experience and in-depth knowledge of change and transformation to lead the organisation’s structural change processes
  • Contributing to IT strategy development and defining target operating models
  • Acting as a subject matter expert during the project evaluation phase, providing insight, suggesting roll-out strategies and conducting preliminary project planning/baselining activities
  • Developing suitable change communication measures and providing expertise on culture, transformation and change communications
Your Profile
What you bring with you.
  • Completed studies with a focus on information technology or business administration
  • Several years of experience in (IT) transformation projects, organisational change management or as an external (strategy) consultant
  • Proficiency in creating strategic roadmaps and managing complex initiatives
  • Understanding of IT landscapes, software development and technical dependencies
  • Excellent time and project management skills
  • Adaptability to high-performance environments and a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset
  • Strong communication skills and professional fluency in German and English
