Your Job

What this role looks like.

Leading end-to-end project delivery in national and international IT environments, ensuring seamless integration of new processes and improvements
Orchestrating the implementation of initiatives across international teams and managing a complex project matrix organisation across multiple regions and countries
Leveraging your extensive project management experience and in-depth knowledge of change and transformation to lead the organisation’s structural change processes
Contributing to IT strategy development and defining target operating models
Acting as a subject matter expert during the project evaluation phase, providing insight, suggesting roll-out strategies and conducting preliminary project planning/baselining activities
Developing suitable change communication measures and providing expertise on culture, transformation and change communications

Your Profile

What you bring with you.

Completed studies with a focus on information technology or business administration
Several years of experience in (IT) transformation projects, organisational change management or as an external (strategy) consultant
Proficiency in creating strategic roadmaps and managing complex initiatives
Understanding of IT landscapes, software development and technical dependencies
Excellent time and project management skills
Adaptability to high-performance environments and a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset
Strong communication skills and professional fluency in German and English

Desirable extras.

Experience in project management (e.g. organisational transformations)
