Your role

• Your core tasks will include increasing flaconis CRM newsletter growth in all international markets by monitoring campaign performance on a daily basis and ensuring that targets are met
• Further developing our holistic newsletter strategy based on customer and business requirements to increase engagement, sales and customer retention is also one of your tasks
• Planning, managing and improving customer communication is one of your top priorities
• Leading, mentoring, and developing the CRM newsletter team, fostering a collaborative and high performance culture
• Ensuring effective project management and organization within the team to meet deadlines and achieve goals as well as ensure effective collaboration with stakeholders

Your profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in CRM with a strong focus on performance as well as creativity and at least 1 year of experience in a leadership role
• Fluent skills in English and German paired with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• In-depth knowledge of driving engagement, sales and growth within newsletter marketing
• Extensive experience in managing newsletter campaigns with a focus on mobile optimization and scalability
• Proven success in audience building, A/Btesting and performance analysis
• Experience with CRM systems and ESPs e.g. Emarsys, Braze, Salesforce in a dynamic and digital environment
• Strong leadership abilities, with experience in team management and development and a hands-on mentality

What we offer you

• Full transparency: For this role, we have a salary band between 60,000€ and 90,000€ gross per year. The salary that we will offer you will always be within this span and is based on the skills that you show during the recruitment process.
