Your mission

As Team Lead Finance & Accounting, you will play a crucial role in steering montamos financial direction, ensuring the sustainability of our growth, and maximizing our impact. You will lead our finance team with integrity, vision, and an unwavering commitment to our mission.
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, ensuring alignment with our strategic objectives.
• Manage day-to-day financial transactions including accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial policies and regulations.
• Collaborate with the CEO and leadership team to craft financial strategies that bolster montamo’s mission and business goals.
• Engage with the leadership team and board through regular financial reporting and insights, driving informed decision-making.
• Identify and implement strategies for cost reduction and revenue enhancement.
• Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.

Your profile

• A robust background with 4+ years in finance and accounting, preferably in a digital or high-growth environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in financial management, planning, and strategy.
• Exceptional organizational and leadership abilities.
• Fluent in German and proficient in English.
• Strong communication skills, with the capacity to engage and influence stakeholders.
• A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
